This project consisted of enhancements to the current 1:1 Check-Ins tool within Cornerstone to help facilitate more effective 1:1s by encouraging trust and collaboration between managers and employees via the addition of 'Follow-Ups' and 'Individual Notes'.
A project that looked at the full suite experience from both a first mile and returning users point of view. A combined dashboard and onboarding experience for PiiQ Recruiting, Performance, and Learning tools to help with engagement with the PiiQ products as well as with their own employees.
A project to build confidence and convince prospects during their onboarding experience as to why PiiQ Performance is right for their company by removing distractions and unnecessary setup activities all while presenting best practices in the flow of creating their first performance review with PiiQ. This involved enhancement on many aspects of the existing application as well as the need to run two design sprints. Probably the largest and most exciting project during my time with PiiQ.
PiiQ's Design System, named Naomi, is a design system built on top of Google's Material Design.
It is a project I started to help create a common language and understanding of the components and design direction used in PiiQ so that this could be shared across different teams and make conversations with engineers, product, as well as marketing more efficient and effective.
A project to optimise the onboarding experience of new users to get them to their 'aha' moment of validation and activation as quickly as possible. This involved enhancement on many aspect of the existing application as well as implementing a no-touch strategy.
A project to update the old user profile page to allow for future extensibility and surfacing of important information for employees, managers, and HR administrators so that each persona is able to get a snapshot of key relevant information depending on context.
A project to help improve the existing goal setting and tracking tool in PiiQ. Attempted to solve problems of transparency, alignment, and relevance of goals to help foster better conversations between employees and managers.
Initially a company hackathon project, improvements were made to allow users to filter the 9-box results dynamically based on tags, roles, and manager. This offered users a deeper level of detail to analyse performance trends and understand clusters to optimise their talent development initiatives.
